Payment

Both cash and financing buyers will start the purchase process here by paying the NON-REFUNDABLE $299 Processing fee. Down payments or full cash payments are due within 3 business days unless otherwise agreed in writing; these payments must be paid via Wire Transfer. A $15 wire transfer fee will be added to all Wire Transfer payments.

If you opt for easy financing, once the initial $299 Processing fee payment is complete, you will receive an email or text message requesting basic information to prepare the paperwork. Once we receive your information, you will then receive an email requesting your digital signature on the financing terms agreement, which includes the Purchase Sale Agreement, Land Contract, and Promissory Note. No credit check or income verification is required, and we encourage setting up automatic withdrawals for regular monthly payments. In this case, we will debit your monthly payment from your checking account free of charge; otherwise, we can set up a debit from your credit card for an additional fee of 3.7% per payment. Once the financing paperwork is signed, your first payment will be due 1 month after the Processing fee payment is received. As soon as we receive your signature, you can begin enjoying your new land immediately.

If you opt to pay the full cash price, once the $299 Processing fee payment is complete, you will receive an email with the remaining balance owed and wire transfer instructions. We will also email you a deed vesting form to complete that describes exactly how you want to hold title to the property. As soon as we receive the remaining balance and the funds have cleared, we will deed the property over to you. The deed transfer process can take between 1 and 14 days, depending on the county recorder's processing times. All cash sales are final.
